Remarks:
An epitome of Julius Africanus is attested in Basil of Caesarea (= Julius Africanus, Chronography F100) and George Syncellus (= Julius Africanus, Chronography F89). It is unclear whether we are dealing with a single work or with a set of excerpts that may have circulated separately. Such a set of excerpts is attested in the Slavonic translation of George Syncellus, which may be exactly this work (Totomanova 2011, 2012, 2013).
