Remarks:
The List of Georgian rulers and catholicoi is exclusively transmitted in the ecclesiastical corpus Mok‛ts‛evay k‛art‛lisay. The work commences with the presiding prince Adarnase I (r. 627-642) and concludes with a list of catholici (chief prelates of the eastern Georgian Church), the last of which belongs to the mid-tenth century. The core of the work may go back to the ninth century, to which was added until the tenth century.
