Remarks:
The Suda attributes a work 'On the revival of the Romans' to Callinicus (cf. FGrHist 281 T1a; Amato 2009: F6). The relation between this text and the three fragments εἰς τὰ Πάτρια Ῥώμης is not clear (cf. Kaldellis BNJ 281 F1): according to Amato - Ventrella (2009: 155 n. 502), the fragments most likely come from the work listed by the lexicon; Allacci (1641: 256), Orelli (1816: 197-198) and Janiszewski (2006: 214), on the other hand, separate the two texts.
