    (Dekalogos, Decalogue)
Author:
Period covered:
At least 4th c.
Language:
Greek
State of Preservation:
Fragmentary
Genre:
  • Secular history (general)
  • Ecclesiastical history
Remarks:
Alan Cameron (1976: 128-131) argues that the reference to Ancyrianus in the Parastaseis constitutes a garbled reference to Nilus of Ancyra. A scribe's note shows, however, that the reference is reliable.
The nature of the work is unclear, but seems to be historiographic in nature.
